Options flow tools under $50 compared (2026)
Which options flow tools list a plan under $50 or a free tier, what each includes and how delayed its data is, from each product's own page.
As of October 2026, three products list an options flow plan under $50 a month on their own pricing pages: Bullflow Basic at $39 a month, CaymanBot Premium at $24.99 a month, and Unusual Whales Retail Basic at $42 a month, but only when billed annually (it is $50 on monthly billing). Unusual Whales and CaymanBot also have a free option, each with a stated delay. What separates them is price, how delayed the data is on the entry plan, and who each one is built for. This post compares those three, then adds the two nearest plans just above $50 (InsiderFinance and Quant Data), all from facts read on each product's own page between 2026-10-06 and 2026-10-14.
If the term is new, options flow is the stream of individual option trades as they print on the exchanges. Every product here shows it in some form.

Each product, from its own page
Bullflow
Bullflow Basic is listed at $39 a month on the monthly toggle and $396 a year on the yearly toggle, as of 2026-10-06.1 Those two prices are the facts we read from its page, so the table marks the free tier, delay and audience as not stated on its pricing page. It fits someone who wants a paid flow plan under $50 on monthly billing and will check the plan details on Bullflow's own page.
Unusual Whales
Unusual Whales lists four plans as of 2026-10-10: Free at $0, Retail Basic at $50 a month ($42 billed annually), Retail Pro at $75 ($63 annually) and Retail Max at $120 ($102 annually).2 So Retail Basic is under $50 a month only on annual billing. The Free plan reads "See the whole platform delayed 2 trading days. Upgrade for live data." The same page says all paid dashboard and tools plans at Unusual Whales include real-time data. It fits someone who wants to look around a full platform for free first and pay yearly once they decide.
Just above $50
Two more products list their entry price just above the line, even on yearly billing.
InsiderFinance charges $75 monthly, $65 a month billed quarterly ($195) and $55 a month billed annually ($660), as of 2026-10-10.3 The quarterly figure is the bill spread over three months:
Its page says "Try before you buy with our free options flow," and InsiderFinance lists Real-Time Options Order Flow. The page also links Trading Courses, a Resource Center and a Finance Glossary. It fits someone who wants course material next to the feed and can go slightly over $50.
Quant Data lists $74.99 a month, or $62.50 a month billed annually, as of 2026-10-10, with a button to start 7 free days.4 Its page describes Quant Data as "Real-time options order flow across all U.S. exchanges" and states "Non-professionals only." It fits a non-professional who wants exchange-wide coverage and a free week to decide.
Where CaymanBot fits
CaymanBot is built for people learning to read options flow. In the first two Learning Mode stages, each trade on the feed comes with a plain-English sentence you can check against the strike, expiry and premium. A $100K paper trading account lets you practice on what you see without real money.
A free account shows options data delayed 16 minutes (60 minutes without an account). Premium costs $24.99 a month or $224.99 a year, and it adds real-time options flow for users who complete the OPRA non-professional attestation.5 New accounts start with a 14-day Premium trial.
Other products here fit some needs better, going by their own pages:
- If you want live data on every paid plan, Unusual Whales says all of its paid dashboard and tools plans include real-time data.
- If you want structured lessons, InsiderFinance's page links Trading Courses, a Resource Center and a Finance Glossary.
- If you want exchange-wide coverage stated on the page, Quant Data lists all U.S. exchanges.
- If you mainly want a long look at a full platform at $0 and can live with older data, the Unusual Whales Free plan shows the whole platform delayed 2 trading days.
Our options flow scanner comparison covers more products side by side, and options flow for beginners walks through the learning path.
How to choose
- You are still learning what a print means. Look for plain-English explanations on each trade and a paper account to practice on before paying for speed.
- You need data as fast as it prints. Read each product's own wording on latency and any eligibility conditions, such as a non-professional requirement.
- You want to stay under $50 a month. Check whether the price you see is on monthly or annual billing, since one plan here crosses the line only when billed yearly.
- You want to try before paying. Compare the free plans, free flow and free days each page lists, and how delayed each one is.
- You care about the total over a year. Compare a year of monthly bills with the yearly price, then confirm on the product's page on the day you buy.
How to practice this
Pick one difference from the table, such as the delay on a free plan, and see what it means in practice. Open a free CaymanBot account, turn on Learning Mode, and follow a few trades on the feed with the plain-English sentence next to each one. Then try the same idea in the $100K paper account and watch the position over the following days, with no real money at stake. Current plans are on our pricing page.
